This paper aims at extending the universal erosive burning law developed by two of the present authors from axi-symmetric internally burning grains to partly symmetric burning grains. This extension revolves around three dimensional flow calculations inside highly loaded grain geometry and benefiting from an observation that the flow gradients normal to the surface in such geometries have a smooth behavior along the perimeter of the grain. These are used to help identify the diameter that gives the same perimeter the characteristic dimension rather than a mean hydraulic diameter chosen earlier. The predictions of highly loaded grains from the newly chosen dimension in the erosive burning law show better comparison with measured pressure–time curves while those with mean hydraulic diameter definitely over-predict the pressures.  相似文献

SciBox is a new technology for planning and commanding science operations for Earth-orbital and planetary space missions. It has been incrementally developed since 2001 and demonstrated on several spaceflight projects. The technology has matured to the point that it is now being used to plan and command all orbital science operations for the MErcury Surface, Space ENvironment, GEochemistry, and Ranging (MESSENGER) mission to Mercury. SciBox encompasses the derivation of observing sequences from science objectives, the scheduling of those sequences, the generation of spacecraft and instrument commands, and the validation of those commands prior to uploading to the spacecraft. Although the process is automated, science and observing requirements are incorporated at each step by a series of rules and parameters to optimize observing opportunities, which are tested and validated through simulation and review. Except for limited special operations and tests, there is no manual scheduling of observations or construction of command sequences. SciBox reduces the lead time for operations planning by shortening the time-consuming coordination process, reduces cost by automating the labor-intensive processes of human-in-the-loop adjudication of observing priorities, reduces operations risk by systematically checking constraints, and maximizes science return by fully evaluating the trade space of observing opportunities to meet MESSENGER science priorities within spacecraft recorder, downlink, scheduling, and orbital-geometry constraints.  相似文献

提出了一种改进的高精度硅微陀螺仪闭环自激驱动方案。该方案对相角进行了优化控制,消除了驱动频率和驱动模态固有频率的相对频差影响,实现了闭环驱动的相角和增益条件的解耦。利用闭环回路中直流控制量与驱动力间的非线性关系,实现闭环自激控制。试验结果表明,1小时内,驱动频率变化的均方差为0.009Hz,相对变化量为2.2ppm;驱动幅度变化的均方差为0.0025mV,相对变化量为15ppm。由此可见,本方案使驱动频率和幅度稳定性得到了极大提高。  相似文献

通过理论分析和实验研究相结合的方法,对工件旋转条件下电镀金刚石线锯切割SiC单晶片锯切力进行了分析.依据磨削和动态切削理论,分析了线锯与工件运动模型、单颗金刚石磨粒的切向和法向锯切力,建立了金刚石线锯锯切力模型;进行了工件旋转条件下SiC单晶切割实验,对理论分析结果进行验证,重点对线锯速率、工件进给速率、工件旋转速率及工件未切割直径等工艺因素对切向锯切力的影响进行分析.结果表明理论分析和实验结果相对误差不大于5.2%,验证了所建模型的正确性,为探索SiC单晶片的切削机理和参数优化提供依据.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an IAA cosmic study on the Next Steps in Exploring Deep Space, the goal of which is to provide a vision for the scientific exploration of space by humans in the first half of the 21st Century. The study provides a roadmap for a systematic, logical, and science-driven plan for exploration of the Solar System and unlocking the mysteries of the Universe—a program that builds gradually and systematically to establish a permanent presence at each outpost along the way, and that builds the communications, transportation and other logistical infrastructure as it proceeds. The study suggests a set of long-term scientific goals for space exploration that provide the context for carrying out scientific investigations at specific destinations in space. An architecture is derived for the space flight infrastructure required to pursue these science goals at the specified destinations, including examination of the relevant policy and public engagement in this enterprise.  相似文献

The ZDPS-1A pico-satellite, developed by the Zhejiang University, is featured with a three-axis stabilizing capability. It is 15×15×15 cm3 cube-shaped satellite with a total mass of 3.5 kg. ZDPS-1A is the first pico-satellite that has been launched successfully in China. The mission of ZDPS-1A is on-orbit system verification of student-build pico-satellite and wide range earth observation with a micro panoramic camera. A miniature momentum wheel is employed to offer gyro stiffness stability in the pitch (orbit normal) axis. Magnetic coils are employed to generate control torques to achieve the three-axis stabilization of nadir-pointing. The attitude sensors employed in the design include two three-axis magnetometers (TAMs), a three-axis gyro, and two sun sensors. Both ground simulations and on-orbit testing are conducted to verify the feasibility of the given attitude determination and control system (ADCS).  相似文献

A new single range controller design approach for use with nonlinear liquid propellant engines (LPE) is developed. The approach is based on a describing function model of the nonlinear LPE coupled with the application of the H control theory. The approach is applicable to nonlinear LPEs of a general nature without any restrictions on nonlinearity type, number of nonlinear terms, nonlinearity arrangement, or system order. The approach is applied to an existing nonlinear LPE, and the results are compared with those obtained with an alternative method that was previously reported in the open literature.  相似文献

针对高支撑刚度、大推力输出的需求,提出了一种双音圈差动结构、轴向支撑的新型音圈作动方法,实现了在紧凑结构空间内磁能的最大化利用,提高了音圈电机的效能。首先进行了结构设计,利用两块环状永磁建立了内外圈两个工作磁隙,每个工作磁隙采用一组差动音圈。然后进行了磁场设计,进行了有限元模型分析,以磁场均匀性和磁场强度为目标进行了结构参数的优化。最后,加工制造出样机,进行了实际的输出力特性测试、频率特性测试,测试结果表明:该差动音圈电机具有较高的推力,在运动范围内,推力平稳,效能满足设计预期  相似文献

The aim of DAMASCOS is to apply new ultrasonic detection and generation techniques integrated within the structure, together with advanced signal processing to realise damage assessment and ageing characterisation in composite structures.
